Welcome to Redolanse. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI Voice Receptionist platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Redolanse website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Services

Redolanse provides an automated AI Voice Receptionist capable of answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing basic inquiries on behalf of your business. We act as a service provider, offering tools to automate your customer interactions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE

You are exclusively responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Service, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state/local wiretapping laws.

  • Call Recording Consent: Many jurisdictions require consent from one or all parties before recording a call. You verify that your use of the Service complies with these laws and that you will utilize available features to notify callers they are being recorded where legally required.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, including harassment, impersonation, fraud, or unsolicited marketing ("robocalls") in violation of the law.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Services are billed on a subscription or per-usage basis as specified at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees.

  • Subscriptions: Renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Proprietary Rights

Our Intellectual Property: Redolanse retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our underlying software, AI models (excluding public base models), and unique workflows.

Your Data: You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service (e.g., your business knowledge base) and the specific recordings generated by your usage, subject to the rights you grant us to process this data to provide the Service.

6. AI Disclaimer & Limitations

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence. By using Redolanse, you acknowledge that:

  • Accuracy: AI may produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" outputs. We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of any information provided by the AI receptionist to your callers.
  • Availability: While we strive for high uptime, we rely on third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Telephony carriers) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Business Decisions: You should not rely solely on the AI for critical business, medical, or legal advice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redolanse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. General Provisions

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
